Returns & Exchanges
All items sold are non-refundable but may be exchangeable if there is obvious defect. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
Price
Prices stated on our website are exclusive of postage charges.
Prices are strictly non-negotiable. Our prices are set the lowest as we can.
Submitting Order
After sending your order, an invoice will be sent to your email within 24hrs.
If there is no invoice, it means the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock.
If there is a backorder, you will be informed.
Payment
After receiving invoice implies your intention of confirming the item(s), it must be paid within the timeframe of 24 hours.
Only Internet Banking transfers OR ATM transfers can be accepted for the time being. For ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the receipt as a clear snapshot of the receipt will be needed for verification purposes.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Singapore Post within 1-2days time upon verifying of payment.
Normal postage charges
Accessories - SGD1.50 per item
For every subsequent item, it will be an additional SGD0.50 per item.
We will not be held liable for lost packages if the buyer chooses to opt for normal postage. We will not be held responsible for any missing parcels/damaged goods shipped via Normal postages

A.M Mail Letterbox Delivery
SGD2.60 per item allows you to receive your package by 11:00AM on the next working day upon payment verification.
* For customers who failed to make payment within 24 hrs will be blacklisted without valid reason.
If you need extended timeframe to make your payment please mention it in your order form.
*No back out after payment made.
